On Wednesday afternoons, a group of girls and two teachers, Cikgu Hajah Hasiah and Ms Terri, meet in one of the Home Science rooms.

Their extra-curricula patchwork activity involves cutting and sewing fabrics, either by hand or by machine, to make bed covers, wall hangings and other decorative items.

Club members made these comments:

Henny Rena Garisu wrote: "I joined because I want to know how to do something that we can do at home."

Merdana Anak Encharang said: " I want to make something beautiful."

 

"I joined the Patchwork E.C.A. because in Home Science we learn sewing, cooking and so on," wrote Umi Zarina Anak Lian
