Club members were out and about last Tuesday shooting a commercial. They were making an advertisement for their club. There is always room for new members and we hope that our commercial will “sell” the club to students who are thinking about joining us.

In English class, some club members wrote about their activities.

Misor Eynor Anak Minggu wrote, “In club this week, we did some recording outside the reading room. We went to the foyer and the library and back to the reading room.”

“This week we went to the fish pond,” Rozimat Bin Haji Tawhit wrote. “After that we went to the library and we took some pictures in the library. After that we went back to the reading room.”

Janis Wong Chwang Ing wrote, “I’m so happy to be in the club. It teaches us how to use a camera and helps improve our English. In club we filmed some people pretending to film someone else. We also went to the library, filming people reading books. Mr. Peter filmed us too.”

Our next big task will be the school cross country race. Club members will make a documentary. Last year, they interviewed some of the runners and race officials. The race is a competition between the five school houses. Everyone has a good time. In our next club session, we will practise doing interviews. Be ready for us!
